Whilst I have been here, everyone has been so welcoming and friendly and my family and I find Carol and the Board Members more than helpful.
A very clean and friendly site, surrounded by some wonderful countryside but still close to all amenities.

We first took up residence in Whelpley Hill Park in November 2012 and after living in a large town for approximately 30 years the peace and quiet of a rural area was very welcome. Whelpley Hill Park itself offered a friendly combination of families and pets that most mobile home parks do not allow. Also, being part of a corporate residence means that we feel that the forward planning and financial resources of the company involves our personal preferences and the benefits are shared by all the residents. It’s a great place to live, we have never regretted the decision to come here. Thanks to all.
Whelpley Hill Park has permanent planning permission, with the use of the land restricted to the siting of residential homes.
